Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY — AVP BOOKS

1. Physical Book Returns (Canada & USA)

You may return unused and undamaged books within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Books must be in new, resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Customers pay return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

2. Bulk Orders for Schools & School Boards

For institutional orders:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • A restocking fee may apply (10–20%, depending on condition).

  • Customer covers return freight.

  • Returns must be approved in advance by AVP Books.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the item at no cost.

  • Photo evidence may be required.

4. International Orders (China, Middle East, Others)

Due to customs and shipping constraints:

  • All international physical book sales are final, unless defective.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are not refundable.

5. Digital Subscription Refunds (Strict Policy)

Once digital access has been granted, all digital subscription sales are final.

Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate orders

  • A technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved by support

If a customer simply changes their mind or stops using the service, no refund is provided.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
